Hey whole30, day 30! The title says completed(mostly) because last night we had dinner at our landlord's house, and they made chicken lo mein...so I made it to day 29. Since lo mein noodles are made of wheat, I had toast this morning with breakfast to see if wheat makes me feel any different. So far, I haven't noticed. While a lot of people thought I was crazy for doing this, I'm glad that I did.
